Happy Friday!  Here is our Boys Basketball schedule for the next week: 

Today, Friday 11/7- practice 3:30-5:00

Saturday 11/8- game at Greenview at noon (it is a round robin tournament so I would suggest getting there between 11:15-11:30)

Monday 11/10- pictures at CCS at 4:30 then practice until 7:00 after pictures (be on the lookout for an email or text about pictures, there are no physical forms handed out anymore)

Tuesday 11/11- game at Delavan; B game first at 6:00 then 7th grade game

Wednesday 11/12- game at Greenview at 6:30 (again I would suggest getting there between 5:30-5:45)

Thursday 11/13- one game at Hartsburg 6:00

Friday 11/14- game at Greenview at 4:30 (we are the first game of the day so be there by 4:00)

2nd grade got our monthly update on Daisy Mae this week! She is growing up strong at 200 pounds and looking cuter by the day! We found out she loves her sweet grain! We love getting updates, and love taking a good silly picture as well!

These turkeys will definitely not be eaten for Thanksgiving! Kindergarten students and parents did a wonderful job disguising their turkey!

A huge Thank you to Gail's Pumpkin Patch in Beason for donating two pumpkins for us to raffle off for kids who returned their reading logs. The two winners were Finn in 1st grade and Raylon in 3rd.

Elijah got the opportunity to play Bears flag football tournament for special Olympics at the Chicago Bears training field in Chicago on Sunday.  He got a touch down and 2- 2 point conversions. And of course he got pizza after wards.

The 8th Grade STEM class compared the strength of pyramid structures vs. cube structures using straws and modeling clay. They finished up the extra straws by creating movable robot hand models! It was a very gripping experience!
