It speaks to the idea of allowing students to struggle a bit to get to answers and solutions. In the age of AI, Google, and instant answers, struggle at their level allows young people opportunity for growth as long as we take into account the individual young person and what he or she can reasonably handle.

Criteria for the 1st Quarter JH incentive trip has been set by JH staff today. We can't wait to celebrate.
To attend, JH students must have received no office referrals resulting in a consequence, have had fewer than 10 missing assignments across all classes for the quarter, have had no more than 2 unexcused absences, and no more than 3 lunch detentions with a teacher for any reason.
