Just like in Horton Hatches an Egg the students had to protect an egg. The nest had to protect the egg from the danger of a book being dropped on it.

We will also host a parent/athlete meeting at 5 pm on Monday as well. At this time I will hand out the track meet schedule, practice schedule, and the track and field handbook. February Students of the Month
Parents/Guardians, Thanks so much for your patience and understanding on our needed early dismissal yesterday 2/18/25 due to our broken pipe situation and heating concerns. Our West entrance will remain closed while we work through needed repairs, and staff, students, and visitors will need to use the main entrance to enter and exit the building. During this time of West entrance closure, we will be changing our dismissal procedure slightly for walkers and students who are picked up from school. All bus students will be dismissed first. Following departure of the bus, walkers and students being picked up will be dismissed. We will do this on an individual basis, with students being dismissed as their parents' vehicles pull up to the front door. If your child is to be picked up, please pull your car up to the front entrance, and we will release your student to you right at the front door. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We are in hopes that this will simplify the process we were not fully prepared for yesterday, and maintain safety for students not cutting across the parking lot while we have a large bus or other vehicles in motion, as well as keep our students out of the cold. Should you need to exit your vehicle for any reason to enter the school, please make sure to park in a parking space in the lot and avoid parent pick up at the front door in the circle drive. We would like to keep this line in motion for all of our parents and students. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding!
