The end of the 1st quarter is just around the corner on Friday October 10th. This also means our awards assembly is coming up soon as well. Please plan to join us for the Awards Assembly on Friday October 10th at 9 am in the gymnasium to help us recognize all of the hard work of your students. Hope to see you there!

If your child is planning on trying out, they need to attend at least one open gym. If none of these dates work for your schedule, please contact Coach Ciaccio directly.

Coach Ciaccio would like to have volleyball open gym on Thursday, October 23, Tuesday October 28 and Wednesday, November 5 from 4:00-5:00 at CCS. We will also be having a Peggy’s Place fundraiser just for the volleyball team on November 10th to raise money for new equipment.
Parents - please help us ensure student, staff, and vehicle safety. Our parking lot is a one way entrance, and one way exit. Please ONLY exit and enter out of designated areas. Staff will be on duty to help out if you are unsure of the entry/exit. Exit should be following the bus departure. Thanks in advance for your time, patience, and assistance in ensuring safety.
8th graders will be hosting a bake sale on Friday, October 3rd, to raise money toward their 8th grade trip at the end of the year! Please consider helping out our 8th graders and make this the best year yet!
See below if you are interested in participating in the Lincoln Elks Hoopshoot on October 13. Also, there are open gyms today from 4:30-5:45, and October 1, 8, and 15 from 4:30-6:00. Coach Fitzpatrick might schedule some other conditioning opportunities at Kickapoo Park on Saturdays before the season, but that is still to be determined. The first official day of practice is October 20. More information about that forthcoming.

Coach Fitzpatrick would like to have open gym for any boy in grades 5-8 from CCS, Zion Lutheran, or New Holland Middletown interested in playing basketball this upcoming season. Open gyms will take place at CCS on Thursday, September 25 from 4:30-5:45 and Wednesdays October 1st, 8th, and 15th from 4:30-6:00. Thank you!

NH-M JH students have been blessed once again! Our Moms Who Care group is in their final year of being in our school, and they want to make this year HUGE for our students.
They would like to purchase every 5th - 8th grade student in the district a name brand sweatshirt as well as a pair of name brand athletic shoes.
Forms are coming home today for students to select sizes, brands, and colors. Please help your child make these selections and get forms turned back in to their first hour teachers.
