Braylynn Haney

The middle school student of the month for NH-M for October is Braylynn Haney. Teachers and staff say that Braylynn is a student who consistently follows the Mustang Code and displays the attributes of Respect, Responsibility and Integrity. Braylynn has consistently gone out of her way to achieve in class and help her fellow classmates both in and outside of the classroom, and she actively takes part in class activities and discussions. We are proud to call Braylynn Haney a New Holland-Middletown Mustang!


Cheyenne Schierer

The elementary student of the month is Cheyenne Schierer. She is responsible with her work and environment. She goes out of her way to help her peers unprompted. She always comes to class with a great attitude. She is a shining example of an exemplary student that brightens the day of those around her. We are proud to call Cheyenne Schierer a New Holland-Middletown Mustang!

The 2nd quarter positive behavior incentive trip criteria is out and has been discussed with students today! We can't wait for our next trip! In order to qualify, students must:

Have no office referrals that result in disciplinary action

Have no more than 2 zeros across all JH classes

Have received no more than 2 lunch detentions with staff across all classes for the quarter

The start of boys basketball is right around the corner!  The first official boys basketball practice is next Monday, October 20 at CCS.  Any boy in grades 5-8 who wants to participate must attend practice (these are not optional open gym practices).  All students must have an updated physical on file with their school and basketball shoes that are not or have not been worn outside.  Also, there will be a MANDATORY parent meeting in the CCS cafeteria on Thursday at 5:45. Important schedules and information will be given at this meeting. 

 

The schedule for the first week of practice is as follows:

Monday, October 20 4:30-5:45

Tuesday, October 21 3:30-5:00

Wednesday, October 22 4:30-6:00

Thursday, October 23 4:30-6:00
